We ensure your happiness here at hoot jigs and are more then willing to work with you to resolve any problems you have with your products if you believe a product may be defective or you are not happy with your products you can send them back to me and I will either fix them, make you new ones, or refund you your money. if they are sent back to us within 30 days.
